You agree to not use the Bulletin to:
- Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content
that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing,
tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive
of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise
objectionable;
- Impersonate any person or entity, including Melsa-i-net's Bulletin
team.
- Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content
that you do not have a right to make available under any
law or under contractual or any-closed relationships (such as
inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned
or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under
nondisclosure agreements);
- Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content
that require any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright
or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party;
- Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state,
national or international law.
- Collect or store personal data about other users.

The Editor of Melsa-i-net Bulletin reserves the
right, in their sole discretion, to edit, refuse to post or remove
any material submitted to or posted on the Bulletin or on any other
user or member generated pages

Any communication or material posted or transmitted
to the Melsa-i-net Bulletin is, and will be treated as, non-confidential
and non-proprietary. The sender assume full responsibility for anything
they post or transmit, and they grant Melsa-i-net Bulletin the right
to edit, copy, publish and distribute any information or content they
post or transmit for any purpose.

Any individuals and organizations outside Melsa-i-net's
member, who participate in providing any materials, will receive the
Edition of Melsa-i-net Bulletin with their materials included, by
email.

Although Melsa-i-net Bulletin may from time to
time monitor or review discussions, postings, transmissions, bulletin
boards and other user and member generated pages on the Bulletin,
Melsa-i-net is not under any obligation to do so

Various individuals (Member or non member) who
wants to post any material to Melsa Bulletin, have the rights to
choose wether they want to publish their identity or remain anonymous,
based on the types of senders
